Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named My Counsellor
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to 16/1436, Indira Nagar Lucknow Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
Goods refer to the Service offered by us.
Orders mean a request by You to service from Us.
Service refers to the Application or the Website or both.
Website refers to My Counsellor, accessible from https://mycounsellor.co.in
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
You are entitled to cancel Your booking within 15 minutes from the date and time of booked by contacting our customer support team giving any reason for doing so.
No cancellation will done once service is delivered, or Ready to delivered.
In case you have any problem or complaion you can write usat below mail.
We will get back to you within 24 hours from the day on which you cancel your booking in within 15 minutes. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the booking, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
